Jake Allen (LeRoy’s youngest daughter’s husband) started with Redding Insurance December 2021. Jake has been working in finance and accounting for over ten years and is excited for this new adventure in career change. Jake has been a licensed insurance agent for several months now and is currently taking all the classes and programs available to grow in as much knowledge of the insurance business as possible as well as learning and gaining insight from LeRoy.

His passions are farming, baseball (he is the Nampa Christian head baseball coach) and spending time with his family.
